Course Overview:

This comprehensive workshop is designed to equip banking professionals with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage the assets and liabilities of financial institutions. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the unique aspects of banking, the structure and components of a bank's balance sheet, income generation, and the myriad of risks and regulatory requirements that banks face. The workshop will also cover advanced topics such as market risk management, interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB), and the ALM process.
